First of all, we’d like to thank everyone for their prayers. We received so many texts, emails, website comments, and other messages from people who said that they were praying for Jeff. Every time someone told us this, it lifted our spirits so much. After not seeing progress after taking antibiotics for just about a week, we had become very worried (more…)
We would like to ask everyone to be praying for Jeff. This past week he came down with a rash over all of his body. It continued to get worse and worse, so we went to a local hospital here in Antigua. The doctor diagnosed him with a staph infection and prescribed (more…)
Our First Home
Dear family and friends,
This is our first newsletter from Guatemala. We had been looking forward to this time for so long, and it’s very fulfilling to finally be here! As some of you know, we stayed in 15 different places since we got married three months ago. Hey everyone! A lot has happened since we last sent out an update. September 27th, We became united together by God as one! It was a perfect day, a perfect wedding, and we each had the perfect person to marry. We had a great honeymoon traveling to the Smoky Mountains, and further east to the beach! The married life is a good one, better than we could have imagined!
Welcome to our new website! If you want to keep up with us, this is the place to do exactly that. We will try to update this as much as possible in order to keep everyone informed onwhat we’re doing. If you’d like an email sent directly to you every time we make a newsletter, you can subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of our site.
First thing’s first! We did it! We got hitched! We tied the knot! We’re married! From now on (more…)
